This could be using targeted research, social media, street casting, contacting organisations with expertise to gain access, local press or conducting wider outreach for a broader brief looking for high numbers of contributors. We can find stories worldwide and have translation tools for non-English speaking tasks. We present our casting options in a bespoke deck. 

We act as the middle-woman between your production and your contributors. We take on all stages of pre-production for casting including designing a schedule, process and application database, liaising with your legal team to ensure GDPR compliance and collaborating with other production leads to ensure editorial requirements are met. We develop real stories and casting options with detailed research chats, writing biographies and other production paperwork to ensure everything is in place ready for production. All while ensuring the contributor is informed and on board every step of the way.

We produce, edit and pitch casting tapes. Depending on your requirements, we can do in person interviews (kit required), conduct recorded online interviews or request self-tapes. We edit to create cut downs and share these for viewing via easy and secure online links.

We produce contributors on set, in studio or on location collaborating with other production crew. We take care of the contributors from their arrival, briefing them on what is in store and what we need from them, being present during filming, ensuring they are happy on departure and know who to contact after production.

We assess, prevent and mitigate risks to the production and the contributors by conducting detailed background checks using Google Search, social media and professional services including LexisNexis or DBS Checks. We can fact-check stories where required and discuss physical or mental health and wellbeing with potential contributors, raising any concerns via secure methods.
